Earlier in the year, we ran a nomination process to find a new Member Nominated Director (MND) to join the Trustee Board following the resignation of Tony Reddington as the MND for the London Constituency. We are pleased to confirm that, after receiving two nominations for the vacant position, Alan Church was appointed as a new MND for the London Constituency effective from 10 March 2023.
In addition, following over 10 years in the position, Jim Waite recently resigned as one of the two MNDs for the Humber Constituency. As per the MND process and election process, Andrei Stefan, who received the second highest number of votes when Jim was reappointed in 2020, has been appointed as Jim’s replacement for the remaining tenure of this post, to 30 November 2024.
We would like to congratulate Alan and Andrei on their appointment and thank Jim and Tony for their contribution as MNDs.
Lastly, having been a Director since 2019, Chris Gilbert will be resigning as a Company Nominated Director effective from 31 October 2023, and we would like to welcome Alison Walker to the Trustee Board as his replacement.
